SHIPPING
We are very conservative packers. You can be assured we have packed your order as carefully as possible. Included in your shipping charge is a handling fee for packing materials and labor. Your order will be shipped out within 7 - 10 business days via UPS to a physical address or USPS to a Post Office Box (prices may vary). Do let us know if you need your pots sooner. A $25 fee will be charged if a package is returned due to an incorrect address, so please make sure you have entered the exact address including St, Ave, Rd, Blvd, Lane, N, S, W, E, Apt#, etc.
